Auto road service is a new service to road users and this service is an advanced version of the road service. Apart from attending to routine maintenance problems of the vehicle, a number of add on services are also provided to the drivers. It will take care of the entire car and its spares without giving much trouble to the drivers to ponder over the situation. The vehicle will be repaired for free under the auto road service. If the vehicle cannot be repaired on the spot, it will be towed to the nearest garage for a detailed inspection. In the meantime, if the driver wants to continue the journey, an alternative vehicle will be provided. However, if the driver insists on staying back till the repairs are completed, the driver will be housed in the nearest hotel. The reservation of hotel rooms and confirmation will be carried out by the auto road service provider.
If the car owner is not interested in the driving the vehicle for a long distance, chauffeur services will be provided. The personnel concerned will also assist the drivers in locating the nearest ATM counter, the gas station and motels. An annual fee is levied on the motorists to offer the auto road service.
