For motorists’ assistance

Road service refers to help rendered by auto dealers and manufacturers to vehicle owners whenever they are in distress on motor ways and speedways. Basically, the assistance is to help resolve technical snags and mechanical failures. This service comes at a price. It is lower for annual subscribers. Road service is meant to assist all categories of motorists.
Apart from such consortium, road service is also offered by independent agencies specializing in vehicle repair and maintenance. It is better to register with national independent agencies other than the local dealer because of their countrywide presence. They will come to the aid of stranded motorists anywhere in the country.
The assistance included under road service are engine and horn tuning, drive train and power train inspection and repair, fluid and fuel delivery, replacement of minor faulty spare parts, flat tire replacement and other assistance. The owner of the vehicle will have to bear the cost of replacement of spare parts. If the vehicle cannot be repaired on the spot, it will be towed to the nearest work station by the mobile squad. It is mandatory that all vehicle owners register for this service since it is extremely helpful. Check with your local dealer for various offers.
