Auto road service is aimed at making journey hassle free for the motorists and vehicle owners whenever they are using the freeways. Assistance of all sorts is rendered to the motorist whenever they need it. It could be problem relating to the vehicle or identifying the route, assistance will be given to the motorist. If the vehicle throws up a mechanical problem, mobile repair squads deployed on the freeway, will repair the vehicle round the clock any time of the day. If the vehicle owner is stranded on the freeway due to some other reason, rescue will be sent to evacuate the driver and other passengers.

If the vehicle runs out of crucial lubricants and oils, they will be sent to the spot immediately. In order to make the journey trouble free, the vehicle owner will be provided with relevant information such as ATM counters, gas stations, motels and restaurants along the freeway. Even then, if the vehicle owner fails to identify the amenities and facilities, help will be provided through the communication network. An annual fee will be levied on the motorists to provide the auto road service. This apart, additional fee will be charged to the motorists depending the services sought.
