Buying the membership of an emergency road service generally goes hand in hand with buying a new or used car. No one really knows when the vehicle will not start and at what place. Knowing that someone will come to your rescue when having car problems is always a reassuring thought.
However, you may just be saved from spending extra money on your emergency road service membership if you are fully aware of the package that your new car comes with. Almost 80% car companies offer emergency roadside assistance programs free with a new car purchase. But research has found that a vast majority of new car owners are unaware of these services and therefore end up spending more money to buy them. So if you have recently bought a new car, or are planning to buy one, check whether it comes with such a package or not. Even if your car does not have an assistance program membership, you might be able to convince the dealer to add one in order to give you a better bargain. You will be surprised to know that a lot of car dealerships will gladly do this.
Once you have an emergency road service membership from an automobile manufacturer, get to know the limitations that it comes with. These programs differ in what they cover and under what circumstances. While some programs will cover all vehicle related problems, including lockouts, others may cover you only in the case a part under warranty develops a problem. So be informed and aware, and you should be able to fully utilize your free membership.

Emergency roadside assistance is one thing that any regular driver cannot do without. When a roadside assistance company comes for help while you are stuck in the middle of night in pouring rain miles away from home with an engine problems, you can easily feel that the service is worth every penny that you pay them. However, wouldn’t it be better if you could make somebody else pay your roadside assistance company? Now you can, since more and more credit card companies are going for rewards that pay your Emergency Road Service.
American Express offers the Global Assist Plus program to the holders of its rewards credit cards, which includes free road service if you’re more than 100 miles from home. The cards on which you get the Global Assist Program are the Rewards Green Card, the Preferred Rewards Green Card, Rewards Gold Card, Preferred Rewards Gold Card, and Rewards Plus Gold Card.
Jump starts, changing flat tires and towing to the nearest professional repair facility, if it’s within 10 miles, are also included free of charge. For large families, the company offers a Driver’s Premiere program, where all the cars in the household are covered for as low as $85. This plan is perfect if you have multiple drivers in your household. It includes fuel delivery surcharge, changing flats, lockouts, jump starts and towing.

They are fast to respond and can help in case of emergency. All you have to do is to give them a call.

Naples is a world unto itself and the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort is it’s own magical kingdom. Golf, sun and sea with the ultimate in pampering and service.
“At least 50 tall, stately palms line the grand driveway into The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, Naples creating the illusion that the hotel is tucked into a remote oasis miles from the cares of the world. Further in, the roundabout features a sparkling fountain encircled with beds of tropical flowers, all contributing to the tranquil feeling I experienced during my entire visit. The Mediterranean-style resort, with its towers, European striped awnings, and red tile roofs glows a peachy golden in the afternoon sun. In the morning the stucco walls seem to turn a lemon-yellow. Perfectly manicured beds of flowers and many more palms dot the grounds.
Upon my arrival to the resort, smiling valets, a doorman, and a bellman greeted me and whisked me into the cool lobby, where lazy ceiling fans turned overhead and guests were sipping iced tea and tropical-looking martinis. One wall of the lobby is primarily glass, giving me my first view of the picturesque Greg Norman-designed Golf Club.
[..]
Around the bend in the hall is Express(o), a petite pastry and coffee boutique, and the glamorous restaurant, LemonÃa, where a woman was playing a soft Broadway tune on a grand piano. From the lobby, I stepped out onto a shaded verandah appointed with vintage green wicker rocking chairs. From here, I took in the stunning layouts that make Greg Norman a master of golf course design. A double staircase leads from the verandah down to an emerald lawn where white Adirondack chairs offer close-up views of the putting green. I followed the path between the golf club and the pool to the Poolside Grill, where the smoky fragrance of grilled fare mixed with the faint scent of sun lotions. A uniformed pool butler glided up with a tray of refreshing piña colada sorbets, compliments of the house.
The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort Naples is, first and foremost, a stylish mecca for golf enthusiasts. But it’s also for beach lovers, serious spa-lovers, and just plain lovers, as all the amenities of its sister resort just three miles away, the beachside Ritz-Carlton, Naples, are open to Golf Resort guests. Luxurious private transportation between the two resorts is complimentary and continuous throughout the day and evening.”

A haven of western beauty and a delight for wine lovers, Calistoga Ranch provides a unique respite from the world.
“Calistoga Ranch is a wonderful world unto itself. Tucked away on 157 acres in California’s majestic Napa Valley, this wine country retreat practically defines relaxation and rejuvenation. One step inside this one-of-a-kind getaway and the cares of the outside world will rapidly vanish. There are just 46 guest lodges at this property, where guests can be as active or as social as they choose. The liberal use of cedar, copper, and natural stone make the exteriors and interiors of the individual lodges blend perfectly with the park-like surroundings.
[..]
Calistoga Ranch is the kind of place where travelers come to escape the worries of the business world, and while it would be a good choice for a smaller corporate retreat, it is not particularly well-suited for individual business travelers. The focus at this resort is on relaxation, and its location in the heart of the renowned wine country makes it an unlikely pick for business travelers.
Calistoga Ranch’s serenity is perhaps most popular with couples who come here for its quiet pace and relaxed sophistication. It is perfect for celebrating a special occasion, anniversary, or birthday, and all adults seeking solace without forsaking modern luxuries will feel right at home. Since the amenities are adult-focused and it is a spot known for its seclusion and gentle charms, Calistoga Ranch is not a suitable choice for families traveling with young children.”

Choice of visiting celebrities, politicians and businessmen, yet very family friendly, this opulent Dallas hotel will surprise and please the most worldly of travelers.
“The Mansion at Turtle Creek is an oasis in the middle of a fashionable residential neighborhood in Dallas. It looks and feels like a grand and showy home, with marble floors, inlaid wooden ceilings, grand staircase and stained-glass windows. This isn’t surprising since it was once the home of a Texas cotton magnate in the 1920s and 1930s, then was converted into a 143 room posh hotel.
[..]
Business travelers are conveniently located near Dallas’ downtown central business district. The hotel does an excellent job accommodating those traveling for business. The business center is well equipped to handle any task, and the concierge can provide full secretarial services. The hotel can accommodate any size corporate group for an intimate lunch or a formal conference with help from the audiovisual support team.
The hotel likes to cater to families by warmly welcoming children and dogs, and plenty of kids’ amenities are provided, such as cookies and milk at evening turndown. When reservations are made, guests are asked the names and ages of their children so that personalized amenities will be appropriate for the age and gender of each child. Parents who need a little help can even request baby-sitting services through the concierge.
Romantic travelers will like the in-room massages or cozy piano bar atmosphere for after-dinner drinks. The hotel has many areas where you and a loved one can share a private drink or kiss without being intruded upon by staff or other guests. If staff are made aware that you’re honeymooning or celebrating an anniversary, you’ll receive chocolate covered strawberries at your door.”

If you are in town on business with P&G or GE, you are likely staying at the Cincinnatian. The choice of visiting celebrities and a Cincinnati Landmark, the Cincinnatian is only blocks away from two major stadiums and the lively Ohio riverfront.

Old-world luxuries meet modern conveniences at The Cincinnatian Hotel. This grand, historic hotel, originally built in 1882 as The Palace, has long stood guard over the city. It was designed by the same architects who completed City Hall and the Music Hall, and the building’s French Second Empire architecture remains impressive to this day.
Though the original hotel had 300 rooms, in later years that number was reduced to 146 rooms and seven suites, allowing for more comfort and space to meet the demands of modern travelers. The interiors are classically elegant, and the guest rooms and suites reflect the hotel’s pride in its heritage. Sophisticated travelers have made The Cincinnatian their home-away-from-home for decades, and many of the city’s residents and businesspeople dine in the hotel’s restaurants. The Palace Restaurant, awarded a Mobil Three-Star rating, offers fine dining, while more casual fare may be enjoyed at The Cricket Lounge. Afternoon tea is a hotel, and city, tradition.
The Cincinnatian appeals to a diverse clientele. Business travelers often book the hotel because of its convenient downtown location, as well as its in-room high-speed Internet, professional concierge service, and prestigious address. The restaurants are perfect for brokering deals or conducting one-on-one meetings, and the six private function rooms are ideal for hosting corporate events.
This genteel hotel doesn’t speak to business travelers alone, however. Its pampering services and refined style catch the eye of leisure travelers, too. The hotel is just right for a romantic weekend or getaway, yet it is also a comfortable fit for single travelers. Families with young children won’t find many child-focused amenities, but the hotel’s great location and gracious service will make families feel right at home.

Simple elegance nestled within a treasured city, preferred by businessman, enjoyed by families, the Four Seasons Hotel Boston is as rich in amenities and services as Boston is in history.
“The Four Seasons Hotel Boston is a beautiful hotel with a classic-meets-contemporary design sensibility. Glorious fresh flower arrangements dominate the entrance, and gleaming marble with striking black-and-white checkerboard squares makes a dramatic first impression in the lobby. The contemporary lobby sets an elegant tone for this top-notch hotel, while the rooms and suites have a more classic appeal.
The hotel is perhaps best known for its award-winning restaurant, Aujourd’hui. This glorious restaurant overlooking the Boston Public Garden wins rave reviews from Mobil Travel Guide, critics, gourmands, and others for its modern French cuisine. The restaurant is widely considered to be one of Boston’s best and is packed nightly with a fantastic crowd of movers and shakers. Other notable features of this hotel include an indoor pool with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the Public Garden and the city, as well as a nicely equipped fitness center. Spa and massage services are available in the treatment room or in the privacy of a guest room or suite.
The hotel’s location overlooking Boston Public Garden and Beacon Hill and within a stone’s throw from notable attractions makes it a good bet for tourists, but the Four Seasons Hotel Boston is also a favorite of business travelers who appreciate its convenient location and plentiful business-focused amenities. The mood is rather formal here and the staff does take an all-business approach.
Adults vacationing alone or with friends will find it to be a good fit, but romantics may find it lacks the intimacy they desire. The Four Seasons Hotel Boston does accommodate travelers with young children quite well, though, so families don’t need to forsake Mobil Five-Star luxuries when toting their little ones to Boston.”

If you are going to be a high roller in Vegas this 5 star Wynn hotel is the place to relax and count your winnings.
“Wynn Las Vegas was one of the country’s most eagerly anticipated hotel openings in years, and the arrival of this luxurious hotel has once again made Steve Wynn the talk of the Las Vegas Strip. Wynn has topped himself with this spectacular hotel. White-glove service and first-class amenities are the mantra in these award-winning suites.
Functioning as a boutique hotel within the larger Wynn Las Vegas, the Tower Suites at Wynn Las Vegas offers a private gated entry and VIP check-in in the exclusive private lobby, as well as a private elevators, and exclusive access to the Tower Suites Pool (in addition to the main pool). The rooms and suites, enhanced with a fresh, modern décor, filled with distinctive artwork, and showing off expansive views of the golf course and surrounding area, feel more like posh private residences than hotel rooms. This dedication to providing guests with the feeling of home, albeit a princely home, is what makes the Tower Suites at Wynn Las Vegas stand apart from its competition.
Naturally, all of the lavish services and facilities of the regular Wynn Las Vegas hotel are available to the guests in The Tower Suites at Wynn Las Vegas. From the private 18-hole Tom Fazio-designed golf course and the comprehensive Mobil Four-Star spa and salon to the shopping esplanade dominated by leading names such as Cartier, Ferrari, and Louis Vuitton, this hotel doesn’t miss a beat when it comes to pampering its guests. The elegant casino ups the ante with its sophisticated style and array of table games, and the ubiquitous slot machines.
Dining and entertainment are a large part of the experience, too. There are twelve different restaurants and dining venues with a dizzying array of cuisines and atmospheres. Tryst and Lure provide plenty of nightlife, while Le Rêve, one of Vegas’ most popular shows, makes its home at this hotel.
Sophisticated travelers flock to the Tower Suites at Wynn Las Vegas. Fine service, gourmet dining at Tableau, world-renowned shopping, first-class entertainment, thrilling gaming, challenging golf, and a Mobil Four-Star full-service spa appeal to both business and leisure travelers. Couples, groups, and independent travelers feel equally at home in this posh palace, however, those traveling with young children may feel more comfortable in a hotel that provides more family-focused amenities and services.”

If you are going to visit God’s country then best stay at His favorite inn. Not too much an exaggeration when you are nestled in grand comfort amidst the raw beauty of the Rockies flanking you to the west.
“The Brown Palace Hotel has been hosting dignitaries, celebrities, and discerning travelers for more than a century. Located in the heart of downtown Denver, it is the city’s most refined and historic hotel. This place, which has hosted everyone from Winston Churchill to Dwight Eisenhower, takes its heritage very seriously, yet modern conveniences are never overlooked. Dressed in full-length capes and top hats, elegant doormen stand sentry and set a refined tone. Reaching several stories high and framed by wrought-iron balustrades, the vintage stained-glass atrium lobby makes a lasting first impression on visitors. The inimitable Brown Palace is not just a home-away-from-home for out-of-towners, however. This grand dame welcomes Denver residents, many of whom frequent the hotel’s five restaurants and lounges. Afternoon tea and the Dom Perignon Brunch are as popular with locals as they are with visitors.
Guest rooms and suites look and feel historic, yet business travelers will find every possible technological amenity needed. The hotel’s business center and plentiful meeting space make it a popular choice with both individual and group business travelers, while the spa and salon appeal to vacationers and businesspeople on break from meetings. The hotel speaks to business travelers with its superb staff, convenient location, and amenities, but it would also be a good fit for historic-minded leisure travelers.
It’s a better fit for adult travelers, since it lacks amenities geared toward children. Adults planning a romantic getaway might find the hotel’s larger size lacking the intimacy they want, but it would be a good fit for some couples wanting to enjoy the first-class spa and elegant dining.”
