Roadside Assistance Can Help Ease The Fear Of Vehicle Breakdowns

Roadside AssistanceDrivers who are traveling alone fear that their car could break down and leave them stranded by themselves. This is not a surprise because more and more people are spending increasing amounts of time in their vehicle. People who have long commutes to and from work and run errands constantly are likely at some point to experience some kind of vehicle breakdown. Female and male drivers alike find themselves fearful of vehicle breakdowns.

According to a survey that was conducted by Britannia Rescue, about two-thirds of the female and male motorists who had been interviewed were fearful of being by themselves and experiencing a breakdown.

The results showed that ninety three percent of women and forty five percent of men feared such an occurrence. Also, the survey showed that people are more fearful of somebody stopping to help. Seventy-five percent of women do not want a man to stop and offer to help them.

The one thing that can help ease a driver’s fear of a breakdown is being signed up with a roadside assistance program. Roadside assistance will help drivers in the event of a breakdown. This is comforting because it can be scary to have a random stranger stop to offer you assistance.
