Car owner’s help


Road service is a specialized program aimed at helping car owners and drivers whenever they face trouble with their vehicles, either on the road or at home. The road service is generally referred to as car owner’s help, and is operated by the auto dealer in association with the car manufacturer. It is mandatory that every car owner registers for this service without fail. At the time of purchasing the car, insist for road service program. Some auto dealers offer this road service program even as complementary in a bid to attract more customers and retain existing clients.  

Under road service, assistance will be given to repair the car and replace faulty spare parts, repair the engine, power system and drive train, replace flat tires, deliver fuels and necessary engine oils and resolve jump starting and ignition problems apart from giving driver assistance. While the inspection and detection of the mechanical fault is free, the repairs are available against a prescribed fee. If the vehicle cannot be repaired on the spot, it will be towed to the nearest garage. The vehicle owner will have to pay an extra towing fee.
