Obligatory duty towards vehicle owners

Road service program is a service launched by a host of stake holders to bail drivers out of crisis either on speedways or at home whenever the vehicles are problematic. The stake holders include the local auto dealer, the vehicle manufacturer concerned, the insurance firm and local workstation network.

The following assistance will be rendered under road service program, engine and vehicle repair, replacement of faulty spare parts, jump starting and ignition problem, flat tire replacement, delivery of fluids and fuel and road guidance. If the vehicle cannot be repaired on the spot, it will be towed to the nearest repair station. Road service program is an obligatory duty from the stake holders towards the vehicle owners. Therefore, it is necessary that all vehicle owners register for this service.

Other assistance rendered under road service program include, guiding the drivers, who have lost their way, tracking the nearest gas station, hotel, motel, restaurant, ATM machines and shopping malls. Chauffeur services will also be provided on request. If the vehicle fault cannot be set right on the spot, an alternative vehicle will be provided to the travelers to continue the journey. However, if the travelers intend to break the journey, suitable accommodation will be provided.Â
